We ship all cookie orders via FedEx.
If you want your order to arrive on a specific date, please choose from the FedEx Express shipping options. We will attempt to deliver FedEx Ground orders so they arrive on your requested delivery date, but FedEx will not guarantee the delivery date.
When selecting your delivery date for Ground shipments, please keep in mind that transit times usually range from 1 business day for Philadelphia, NYC, NJ to 5 business days for California.
Please specify delivery dates in the special instructions portion of the order form. Please keep in mind we need 1-3 business days for production.
Do you offer "signature required" deliveries?
All packages shipped via FedEx Ground do not require a signature of recipient. Once there is proof of delivery, The Flour Pot is not responsible for the delivered package. If you do require a delivery signature for a FedEx Ground shipment, you must place the order via phone and request this service. An additional fee may apply.

We take great care in not only decorating our cookies, but also in packaging our cookies. Each cookie is wrapped individually by hand and packed by a team member. In a perfect world, there would be no mishaps in the mail. But in such a situation, we regret that we cannot give a refund for broken cookies.
