All cancellations must be made by phone. We will not accept cancellations left on voicemail or on email. Thank you for your understanding.
What is the minimum cookie order?
For favors, the minimum order is 12 pieces.
Can I put favors into a gift box?
The favor cookies are larger cookies (typically 4-5 inches) and do not fit in our gift boxes. We do, however, have a favor box that holds one individually wrapped cookie and is $4.00.
How far in advance can I place my order?
We know how it is when you're planning event-sometimes you just want to check something off your list! With that said, we are happy to take orders up to a year in advance. When we get closer to your event date, we just ask that you finalize your count 1 week before shipping.
I would like to send a gift box. Can I mix gift box cookie themes?
During times that we are not super busy, we would be happy to mix up to 4 cookie designs. During our busy season, please call us 800-281-6068 and we will try to help you the best we can.
Can you personalize cookies?
Because we are a custom cookie company, we would like to make the cookies as custom as possible! As long there is room on the cookie for personalization, we are happy to do it. Personalization is an additional $.25 per cookie.
How do you wrap the cookies?
Each favor is individually wrapped in a cello bag with a tie. The cookies in our gift boxes are individually wrapped as well, in a cello sleeve.
Do you offer "signature required" deliveries?
All packages shipped via FedEx Ground do not require a signature of recipient. Once there is proof of delivery, The Flour Pot is not responsible for the delivered package. If you do require a delivery signature for a FedEx Ground shipment, you must place the order via phone and request this service. An additional fee may apply.
