Most orders ship within 2 business days of ordering; however, some orders (such as logo cookies) may take up to 7 business days in production.  During holidays, please allow extra time.

On occasion, packages are lost or stolen in transit. We cannot be liable for packages once they have been delivered to UPS.  We cannot be responsible for any refunds on lost or stolen packages.  Additionally, we are not responsible if we are provided an incorrect shipping address.  Please double check all addresses before submitting them.
